伊州十所醫院入圍全美患者安全榜

【大紀元2016年12月10日訊】（大紀元訊）The Leapfrog Group最新的年度評級中，伊州有10家醫院進入全美「患者安全」榜（patient safety）。
The Leapfrog Group是一個非營利機構，對醫院做績效評估，提供給消費者和醫療保險計劃的買主。例如有重症監護病房（ICU）的醫院，必須確保醫生接受過危重病人護理培訓；醫院必須遵守Leapfrog規範：若出錯，需向病人和家屬道歉，免除費用，向第三方報告，並分析事故原因等。
非盈利組織中西部健康企業組織（Midwest Business Group on Health）的總裁Larry Boress表示，這樣的評比能幫助消費者選擇保險計劃時決定要包括哪家醫院。
並不是每一家醫院都參加了評估。芝加哥地區超過65%的醫院、伊州53%的醫院參加了Leapfrog評估。
今年的評估中，Leapfrog在全美選出115家醫院進入「患者安全」榜，伊州有10所醫院在其中。它們是：

˙Presence Saints Mary & Elizabeth Medical Center, Chicago
˙Richland Memorial Hospital, Olney
˙Rush Oak Park Hospital, Oak Park
˙Rush-Copley Medical Center, Aurora
