加多位作家獲都柏林大獎提名

【大紀元11月25日訊】星期二都柏林公開了被全世界43個國家的圖書館選中的132本書. 多位加拿大作家,包括環球郵報專欄作家羅素 史密斯（Russell Smith）和2004年總督大獎獲得者米瑞安 托斯（Miriam Toews）,都被國際IMPAC都柏林文學大獎提名.都柏林文學獎的獎金為世界文學獎中最高,價值10萬歐元,約$138,500加元.

　　加拿大被提名者包括Wayson Choy的《All That Matters》, Trevor Cole的《Norman Bray in the Performance of his Life》, Greg Hollingshead的《Bedlam》, Robert Hough的《The Stowaway》,Joel Hynes的《Down to the Dirt》,Beth Powning的《The Hatbox Letters》,Smith的《Muriella Pent》,Toews的《A Complicated Kindness》,Thomas Wharton的《The Logogryph》,Michael Winter的《The Big Why》,和Richard B. Wright的《Adultery》.

　　其他被提名人包括Alan Hollinghurst的《The Line of Beauty》, Marilynne Robinson的《Gilead》和Andrea Levy的《Small Island》.
