The Turkish doctor Fazil Zini teaches voluntarily the disabled children to swim.
When he got his PhD in medicine he realized his dreamof creating an NGO to work on behalf of disabled children in Turkey.
Fazil Zini who was born in Germany after completing his education he returned to Turkey and now works at a rehabilitation center for disabled children.
