舉例﹕Student Activities Center Administrative Assistant 學生活動中心行
政助理。
Administered daily operations of student activities center. Answered telephnones,
screened calls and took messages. Generated letters, memoranda reports,
forms, newsletters and brochures. Set up spreadsheet, entered data, edited
and updated documents and information.
處理學生活動中心每日例行運作。接電話﹑過濾電話﹐記錄留言。製作信﹑備忘錄﹑報告﹑表格﹑通訊及手冊。建立式算表﹑輸入資料﹑編輯及補充文件及資訊最新資料。

舉例﹕College Dean Assistant 大學院長系主任助理
