您知道世界上最早的地铁在哪儿吗？不是纽约，而是伦敦，建于1863年。纽约地铁则是建于1904年，因此2004年是100周年纪念。很多人对纽约地铁的印象很不好，因为脏乱、阴暗、老旧。但想想纽约在100年前就拥有这样的地铁系统，也就不得不对纽约人心怀敬意了！

纽约大都会捷运局因而开始一项整修计划，要让纽约地铁迈向第二个100年。我们今天就来看这一、二年，在纽约地铁里，经常看到的二张施工指示海报。
