Subway Emergency Evacuation Information

地铁紧急撤离资讯。Evacuation的动词是evacuate，撤离之意，在灾难新闻中常见到的字眼。

Subway evacuations don’t happen often,

地铁撤离并不常发生，happen,　发生，occur的意思。

but when they do, we want our riders to be prepared.

但是当发生时，我们想要乘客们准备好。 they 是代名词，是it 的复数形，代表前面的evacuations。Riders就是passengers。
