【讲解】
1. event与incident均指“事件”，但event是安排好的事件，incident则是指偶发事件。

2.impair, vt. 损害、损伤，the visually impaired视觉上受损伤者，即视障者，这是the+Adj.代表集合名词，如the dead, the deceased均为死者, the injured, the wounded, the harmed均为受伤者。

3.Get underway是“进行中”的意思，用动词表现就是proceed与undergo, underway是形容词。
