天清气朗，微风送爽

固然予我们诸多安适；

花开遍地，虫鸟竞鸣

固然予我们诸多欢欣；

火伞高张，烈阳炙人

于我们又有什么可惧？

天候骤变，狂风暴雨

于我们又有什么可怕？

花木枯落，萧索静寂

于我们又有什么好忧？

严寒酷冷，裂人肌肤

于我们又有什么好愁？

我们一身是劲，活蹦乱跳

我们满心开朗，笑语连连

即使只穿水裤，只打赤脚

即使只吃蕃薯饭，配豆腐乳

所有的季节、天候和外力

没能奈我们何，只得消失无踪

所有的贫乏、阻难或不悦

没能奈我们何，只得抱头鼠窜

因为那时我们是童稚少年

身上栖居的是永远的春天

即使现在想起或有人提及

稀疏的白发都要急急回复浓黑

茫茫的视力都要急急回复清明

The sky was clear, and the breeze gentle

No doubt, we felt very comfortable;

Birds sang and flowers set forth their fragrance

No doubt, we felt very happy and carefree;

The sun was burning in the sky over our heads

Why did we fear?

The weather changed suddenly and a storm poured down

Why did we fear?

Flowers withered and fell

Why we care of it?»

Chill, coldness and snow

Why did we fear?

We played free from care

We were lively, wreathed in smile

Even only wearing a water trousers, and barefooted

Even only had plain tea and simple food

All seasons, weather and the outside force

Could not do to us and had to go away from us

All poverty, difficulties and sadness

Could not do to us and had to flee

Because we were children and kids then

Spring always dwelled in our bodies

Whenever recalling my childhood

Even my white hairs long to return again

My dim eyesight wants to be clear again
