A British plastic surgeons association says that male liposuction operations have grown 18 percent since last year in Britain. Our story follows actor/dancer Luke Hunderson who decides to visit a cosmetic surgeon in London.

"I didn't feel comfortable within myself of how I looked on stage. I've looked into having liposuction. I think in today's society it's quite important if you want to be successful in entertainment or musicals, you have to look good. Because, it's that old thing, you know, who wants to see a fat dancer."

But it's not cheap. Liposuction will set you back around six thousand pounds or just under twelve thousand dollars.

He does have excess fat that can be removed, but first Luke must shed a few pounds himself and make sure he's certain he wants to go ahead with such a serious procedure.
